Overview

BudgetMana is a personal organization application for spreading a budget over a calendar month or between two paydays, recording expenses, bills, expected income, goals and virtual game progress.

Data handled

BudgetMana can store budgets, payday cycles, expenses, categories, bills, expected income, debts, goals, preferences, optional PIN protection, Kingdom of Budget Mana progress and earnings counter data.

All this information is stored exclusively in the app’s private local storage. It is not sent to a server, sold, shared with a third party or used for profiling. BudgetMana requests no banking credentials and connects to no bank account. Forecasts, charts and widget content are calculated locally.

Purchase assistant

“Can I buy this?” analyses the entered price, remaining allowance and remaining days locally. The tested price is neither stored nor transmitted unless the user voluntarily saves it as an expense.

Advertising and tracking

Version 1.0 contains no advertising or analytics SDK and displays no advertising.

Amazon suggestions

After a voluntary category choice, BudgetMana opens an Amazon search in an external application. The user’s budget, displayed limit, expenses and history are not added to the opened address. Amazon receives only the search category and, if enabled after authorization, BudgetMana’s public Amazon Associate tag. Paid links are clearly disclosed before opening and the feature can be disabled.

Retention and deletion

Data remains on the device until deleted from Settings > Delete all my data. Uninstalling also removes local data because Android backup is disabled.

Security

The optional PIN is stored as a salted cryptographic hash in private app storage. It limits interface access but is not full device encryption.

Website

This static website uses no advertising cookies, analytics or forms. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs required for operation and security.

Nature of the service

BudgetMana is a personal organization tool and does not provide financial, banking, tax or legal advice. Game Coins, Mana and Crowns are virtual, have no real-world value and cannot be withdrawn.
